Was shopping at my local Randel’s when a security guard gave me a business card for this place. I have four children and am always looking for cool places to go. It took me about 45 minutes from where I live but it was worth it. The staff there is so polite and was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and my four kids. The prices are just right where I won’t break the bank. Kids loved the arcade and all of the attractions this place has. I don’t normally have the energy to play but laser tag and golf was so addictive. Food is amazing normally my kids are really picky eaters but they tried stuff and I was in shock. Definitely going to come back to this place every week to show my appreciation and support to this local business and its staff

Not sure if this guy was the owner or what but he orders Walmart delivery, NOT THEIR IN HOME SERVICE, then demands the delivery drivers take his huge orders, 6 gallons of peanut oil, into the kitchen all the way in the back. Then has the audacity to bad mouth the woman delivery driver because she did her job exactly. She delivered to the FRONT DOOR of the establishment. Unless it's the Walmart in home service, the drivers are not required to enter any residence or establishment. He refused to sign for the order and made someone else do it. Was a complete jerk the entire time. I can't imagine myself EVER spending money in his establishment after the way I personally saw him treat people. If y'all want to, can't blame you. But this was what i witnessed. EDIT since I can't reply: first of all, here's the definition of slander for you since you don't know exactly what it is (the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.) now you do. Nothing I said was false. Of course she asked your employees to help unload. You ordered very heavy items. As far as your claims of her having complaints from several other businesses, that's none of my concern. She is her own person and does her job as she sees fit. I posted exactly what I witnessed. Which is complete facts. Which is not slander. You should have looked it up before making such an accusation. As far as YOUR professionalism, you may want to take some lessons before you call out someone else's. People leave reviews based on their interactions with the establishment or what they witness themselves. That's how this works. No I didn't spend any money at your business and honestly never will. Just so you know in the future, you shouldn't bad mouth someone doing their job exactly as their contract states. If you want your items brought all the way to the back in the kitchen, that is a completely different service. Maybe you should look into that one instead.

Today was our first day here, and it was amazing! My 3 yr old and 16 month old twins had a blast in the toddler area! Arianna was hands down the best with my kids! We will be back!!

Nice place. Awesome games. Delicious food and friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back. Fun for all ages.
